Main responsibilities

​

  • Overseeing the complete accounting process for medium-sized and large companies, including payroll processing and statutory monthly and annual reporting

  • Preparing financial statements and management reports

  • Coordinating and communicating with external auditors

  • Developing strong, long-term client relationships and ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs

  • Continuously improving professional skills, mentoring junior colleagues, and actively contributing to a constructive feedback-driven culture

We expect you to have

​

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

  • Solid knowledge of the full Lithuanian accounting cycle, from primary documentation to annual financial closing

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with accounting software

​

It would be an advantage if you have

​

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Experience in project-based work and cross-functional collaboration

  • A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, willingness to take initiative, support team development, and foster a positive working environment

 

Monthly Salary:

​

2700-3800 EUR Gross / Month
