Our Client is an early-stage technology startup building a digital marketplace that simplifies how people repair and maintain their everyday items. The platform connects consumers with trusted service providers through a seamless, tech-enabled experience designed to remove friction from the traditionally fragmented repair process. With a strong focus on sustainability and user convenience, the company aims to extend product lifecycles and reshape how people care for the things they own.

We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Lead to build and run our growth engine We’re hiring our first hands-on Growth Lead to build this role from idea to execution - testing, shipping, measuring, and scaling what works within speed, agility & grit.

This is an early employee role: high autonomy, high responsibility, real ambiguity, and real upside. You’ll work tightly with product and sales, and you’ll be expected to execute - not coordinate.

What You’ll Do

Build and run a constant experiment engine

  • Launch and iterate growth experiments weekly

  • Improve key moments in the user journey (activation and checkout) with scrappy testing

  • Use lightweight tools and sharp copy - mostly without dev/design support

  • Find funnel drop-offs and fix them through experimentation and flow improvements

  • Actively partner with product on retention levers

Scale organic growth

  • Build a content + landing-page system that targets real user intent

  • Create repeatable publishing and distribution workflows

  • Earn trust signals through backlinks, partnerships, and credible mentions
     

Lead UGC, creator community growth

  • Build a community presence that feels human and credible

  • Create loops that turn users into creators and advocates

  • Be the face of community growth - or enable someone else to be

  • Build a creator pipeline and onboarding process

  • Run performance-based collaborations with clear incentives

  • Turn outreach into a repeatable engine
     

Create supply-side acquisition loops

  • Design referral/sharing mechanics that drive seller/partner growth

  • Work closely with sales to turn supply into a growth channel
     

Who you are

  • Already shipped/grew products yourself or worked in a high-speed environment and learned from the best

  • Fluent in all latest AI tools & workflows

  • Know how to vibe code

  • Pure hands-on operator: you ideate, ship, measure, iterate

  • Take full ownership of ideas, from seed to execution

  • Curious, fast, and resilient; comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities

  • Extremely collaborative with product and sales, direct communicator
