Our Client, SIRIN Development is one of the leading logistics real estate developers in the Baltics, with over 15 years of expertise. The Company successfully developed over 600,000 sqm of modern, energy-efficient, and sustainable logistics spaces. Currently, we manage almost 500,000 sqm of logistics real estate across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.
Joining Sirin means stepping onto the fastest-growing logistics-property platform in the Baltics at a formative moment in Estonia. You will deliver flagship projects from raw land through hand-over, shape the local team culture, and influence investment decisions worth tens of millions—all while enjoying a clear line-of-sight promotion track and a tangible, project-based bonus model.
The Role
As our Construction Project Manager, you will act as Sirin’s “owner’s representative” in Tallinn—driving design, permitting, procurement and construction for the next generation of sustainable logistics parks.
What You’ll Do

Shape project concepts, manage external design partners and secure all approvals.

Prepare and control budgets and schedules while championing value-engineering.

Run competitive tenders, appoint contractors and supervise the entire build.

Coordinate suppliers and liaise with state authorities.

Report progress to our Baltic Country Lead and collaborate with development, leasing, procurement, legal and finance teams.
What makes you a great fit

Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.

5+ years’ end-to-end experience delivering large industrial or commercial projects for a developer or general contractor.

Proven track record in cost optimization and schedule control.

Fluent English and excellent Estonian for local stakeholder management.

Valid driving license and readiness to travel within the Baltics.

Compensation: From 2,700 EUR netto per month + Bonus. The final compensation package will depend on experience, expertise, and overall fit for the position.
