Get ready to:

​

  • Develop high-quality video or static ads that are built to convert - at speed and scale.

  • Take ownership from research, initial idea, design to final creative.

  • Turn raw material (UGC footage, product shots, customer reviews) into ads that stop the scroll and sell.

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for digital campaigns together with the marketing team - innovative, but always performance-oriented.

  • Write clear, comprehensive briefs for external creative resources.

  • Analyse ad testing and performance data, then make the call on what to kill, keep, scale or iterate.

  • Do competitive ad research so we know what's working in our categories before our competitors do.

  • Constantly hunt for new ideas, emerging formats and audience insights - and test them fast.

We expect you to have:

​

  • 2+ years in a role such as Performance Creative, Creative Producer, Motion/Graphic Designer for paid social, Video Editor.

  • Strong hands-on production skills. Confident in Figma/Photoshop and video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).

  • Experience with e-commerce (D2C) or digital product brands.

  • Experience using AI tools in a real production workflow and being on top of latest breakthrough AI design products.

  • A creative and analytical mindset: comfortable generating twenty angles, iterations, reading the data.

  • Excellent English. French is a strong plus.

  • Strong common sense, curiosity, and no fear of shipping something that flops - as long as you learn from it and ship the next version faster.

What you will get in return:

​

  • This is an FTE position in a fast-moving startup environment. We offer compensation in the range of 2,500-4,500 Eur gross, depending on the skillset & experience level, plus stock options package for our early team members.

 

Monthly Salary:

2500-4500 EUR Gross / Month + Stock Options
