The Company successfully developed over 600,000 sqm of modern, energy-efficient, and sustainable logistics spaces. Currently, we manage almost 500,000 sqm of logistics real estate across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

What You’ll Do

​

  • Support day-to-day property management processes.

  • Communicate with tenants regarding daily questions, requests, and complaints.

  • Coordinate and supervise daily cooperation with technical service and property maintenance providers.

  • Property inspections.

  • Register technical daily issues and delegate them for resolution.

  • Monitor contract terms, deadlines, and documentation updates.

  • Participate in cost control, report preparation, verification of monthly utility invoices and data preparation for tenant invoicing.

  • Coordinate insurance cases.

  • Manage and update property management documentation.

 

What makes you a great fit

​​​

  • 1-2+ years of experience in real estate management.

  • Higher education (preferably in construction or real estate management).

  • Experience in customer service.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Good language skills of Latvian and English (both spoken and written).

  • Good computer skills and the ability to work with data and documentation.

  • B Category driver’s license.
